Contact Us For any questions about this Privacy Policy, please contact us at: 📧 [email protected] This Billing Policy is hereby incorporated into the AcquiraCloud ("AcquiraCloud.com") Terms of Service (https://acquiracloud.com/terms/) and outlines the billing terms and conditions that govern your access and use of AcquiraCloud’s services ("the Services"). In the event of any conflict between the Terms of Service and this Billing Policy, the Terms of Service shall take precedence and control. General Upon signing and returning your Statement of Work (SOW), the Services will commence, and all corresponding payments outlined in the SOW shall become due. Payments are to be made every 30 days throughout the agreed term period. All prices are listed and payable in U.S. Dollars (USD). All payments are non-refundable as specified in the deliverables section of the SOW. Payment Methods All payments must be made using a valid credit or debit card issued by American Express, MasterCard, Discover, or Visa, which must be kept on file with your AcquiraCloud account ("Payment Method"). We do not accept checks, cash, or electronic funds transfers. You are responsible for keeping your Payment Method and contact information up to date via AcquiraCloud’s Billing Portal ([insert billing portal link]). By providing your Payment Method, you confirm that you are an authorized user of the card. Billing Cycle Each client will be billed a monthly platform fee in addition to a charge for leads generated during that billing cycle. Charges are processed on the last business day of each month. If a payment attempt fails, a 15-day grace period will be provided to resolve the issue. Failure to correct the issue within this period may result in suspension or termination of your account. AcquiraCloud also reserves the right to charge the card on file in advance if necessary. Cancellation Policy Clients wishing to cancel must communicate their request via call or email to their assigned Account Manager. AcquiraCloud operates on a month-to-month basis. Cancellation does not waive any outstanding fees or obligations owed. Leads submitted for the current billing period will be billed upon cancellation. Account Pause Clients may request to pause their account. A $150/month account hold fee will apply to maintain account continuity during the pause. Billing Disputes To dispute a charge, clients must notify AcquiraCloud in writing at [email protected] or submit a request through their assigned Account Manager within 30 days of the disputed charge. Clients agree not to initiate a chargeback with their bank or credit card company during this 30-day resolution period. If a chargeback is filed before AcquiraCloud has had the opportunity to address the dispute, AcquiraCloud reserves the right to pursue collection of any rendered services and may involve third-party collection agencies or legal action as necessary.
